Why block training? Professional training courses offer a flexible, personalized and efficient approach to acquiring specific skills. What's more, they allow for greater personalization, enabling you to focus on specific skills.
Obtaining certification by capitalizing on blocks of skills
The Professional Coach title is registered in the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP). It is the International Coach Center that enables ICN Business School to award certification to our participants. It can be accessed via :
- a complete training program,
- an individualized training path enabling progressive validation of the 4 blocks of skills making up the professional title,
- Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE).
In fact, the skill blocks represent a modular and progressive means of access to certification. They can be obtained as part of a training program, a VAE process, or a combination of these access methods. In particular, they make it possible to obtain the title by individualizing training and certification paths.
Why take the blocks of Professional Coach training?
To obtain the RNCP title of Professional Coach, you need to validate all four skill blocks : each block is validated individually. Certification of the title as a whole is therefore the result of the concatenation of all these block assessments. Thus, validation of a block of skills is obtained by acquiring all the assessed and validated skills making up that block.
In addition, the “Professional Coach” title, registered at level 6 under RNCP sheet 38005, is made up of four blocks of skills.
BLOCK 1 - Conducting an exploratory interview, analyzing the customer's needs and formalizing an individual or group coaching service.
- Welcoming, discovering and dealing with the customer's request, with a methodical exploration of the problem and identification of the customer's needs;
- Formalize a coaching proposal for the beneficiary and/or the various parties involved, by means of a contract specifying the obligations of each party.
BLOCK 2 - Delivering a complete individual or group coaching service
- Implement the coaching strategy ;
- Deploy the individual or group professional coaching service;
- Close the coaching process.
BLOCK 3 - Designing and running a customized training program to complement and optimize individual or group coaching services
In parallel with the first 5 activities, to complete and optimize his individual or group coaching service, the Professional Coach will also:
- Develop customized training methods and content;
- Run individual and/or group training sessions;
- Assess the client's learning and progress in relation to his or her objectives.
BLOCK 4 - Setting up, managing and developing your Professional Coach business
- La création, la gestion et le pilotage de son activité économique au sein d'une structure existante ou en création ;
- La consolidation et pérennisation de son activité et de ses compétences au bénéfice du développement de sa clientèle.
So, together, certifiers and employers, let's pursue our commitment to excellence in professional training by supporting those who make the demanding choice to embark on the path to certification.
