Your school's endowment fund
What is an endowment fund? An endowment fund is a tax-efficient way of raising funds. The generosity of donors makes it possible to finance:
- Intergenerational solidarity: sums donated finance grants for deserving students,
- Entrepreneurship: sums are allocated to business creation projects run by ICN students. For 2025, the fund will also support the creation of an incubator on the Paris campus,
- Awareness-raising actions on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) for students,
- Applied research through programmes run jointly by ICN research professors and corporate partners. The fund is an incubator for research chairs,
- ATM (Art, Technology & Management) pedagogy through the financing of impact projects, always in conjunction with our partner companies.
Advantages and Conditions of Sponsorship (Donations)
Sponsorship (or donation) entitles businesses to a tax reduction:
- 60% of the donation amount is deductible from income tax or corporate tax (up to a limit of €20,000 or 0.5% of the company’s net revenue).
- For example, a €25,000 donation effectively costs only €10,000 after tax deduction.
⚠ Important: The sponsoring company cannot demand significant compensation, as this would be considered sponsorship rather than a donation.
