Why block training? Professional training courses offer a flexible, personalized and efficient approach to acquiring specific skills. What's more, they allow for greater personalization, enabling you to focus on specific skills.
Obtaining certification by capitalizing on blocks of skills
The Professional Coach title is registered with the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP). It is the International Coach Center that enables ICN Business School to award certification to our participants. It can be accessed by :
- a complete training program,
- an individualized training program enabling progressive validation of the 4 skill blocks making up the professional qualification,
- Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE).
In fact, blocks of competencies represent a modular and progressive means of access to certification. They can be obtained as part of a training program, a VAE process, or a combination of these access methods. In particular, they make it possible to obtain the qualification by individualizing training and certification paths.
Why take the Professional Coach course?
To obtain the RNCP Professional Coach title, you need to validate all four skill blocks : each block is validated individually. Certification of the title as a whole is therefore based on the concatenation of all these block assessments. Thus, validation of a block of skills is obtained by acquiring all the assessed and validated skills making up that block.
The “Professional Coach” qualification, registered at level 6 under RNCP number 38005, is made up of four skill blocks.
BLOCK 1 - Conducting exploratory interviews, analyzing customer needs and formalizing an individual or group coaching service.
- Welcome, discover and process the customer's request by methodically exploring the problem and uncovering the customer's needs;
- Formalize a coaching proposal for the beneficiary and/or the various parties involved, by means of a contract specifying the obligations of each party.
BLOCK 2 - Providing a complete individual or group coaching service
- Implement the coaching strategy;
- Deploy individual or group professional coaching services;
- Close the coaching process.
BLOCK 3 - Designing and running a customized training program to complement and optimize your individual or group coaching service
In parallel with the first 5 activities, to complete and optimize his individual or group coaching service, the Professional Coach will also :
- Developing customized teaching methods and content;
- Conduct individual and/or group training sessions;
- Assess the client's learning and progress in relation to his objectives
BLOCK 4 - Creating, managing and developing your professional coaching business
Most Professional Coaches work as independent entrepreneurs (78% of coaching professionals). Indeed, they must be able to create, manage and develop their business in such a way as to ensure its long-term, sustainable and profitable establishment. To achieve this, they must carry out two activities in parallel with their coaching missions:
- Setting up, managing and steering your own business within an existing or new structure;
- Consolidate and perpetuate its business and skills to develop its customer base.
So, together, certifiers and employers, let's pursue our commitment to excellence in vocational training by supporting those who make the demanding choice to embark on the path to certification.
