What led Véronique Boitout to choose ICN Business School's EMBA to enrich her career? With 20 years' experience in management and transformation, she was looking to go beyond her company's “entre-soi” to acquire cross-disciplinary skills and exchange with professionals from different backgrounds.

The EMBA enabled her to work with a group of complementary learners and to learn new steering and management tools. She particularly appreciated the courses on intercultural management and change management, applying these approaches to her practice, even in a national context. These courses, integrated into a collaborative pedagogy, gave her a decompartmentalized vision of managerial issues.
